Welcome to VITTERA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and store at www.vittera.co.uk and any related services (together, the “Services”). 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
   We ship to the address you provide. Any delivery timeframes are estimates. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to your address (or collection point you selected). We are not responsible for delays outside our control (for example carrier delays). If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you, you may be responsible for redelivery costs.
6. RETURNS

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF OFFERED)
   If you purchase on a subscription basis, you authorise recurring charges at the prices and intervals shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal by contacting info@vittera.co.uk or via your account page. We will notify you of any material changes to price, frequency or terms.

8. HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER
   Content on our Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and keep products out of reach of children.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; NO WAIVER
    These Terms together with policies referenced here (including the Privacy Policy and Refund/Return Policy) form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
