Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened food supplement products in their original, sealed packaging. If the seal has been broken after delivery, the right to cancel/return may not apply. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email info@vittera.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorisation and the return address. Returns sent without authorisation may be rejected.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of authorised returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
UK customers buying online have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights. The right to cancel may not apply to goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
